Doordeck operates a Cloud platform using multiple redundant systems to mitigate against outages, the weak point in the loop is the Doordeck controller as these do not have redundant systems.

To ensure high quality of service, Doordeck remotely monitors the controllers for any issues, we're typically informed long before customers notice any issues and are able to advise recourse or deploy a replacement.
