1. Getting integrated

If your parking garage is already connected to your access control network, then our fast install will get you fully remote access control.

However, Doordeck can also provide hardware; our Doordeck Box gives any unconnected gate, bollard or lock the ability to connect electronically, creating smart parking solutions.

2. Approach the gate

Drivers with appropriate credentials can approach the parking garage and either use the Doordeck app or web app to unlock the gate. Alternatively, touch your phone to the (optional) NFC tile, or scan the QR code using your phone.
Drive on through.
NFC is currently supported on iPhone 7 and up, and select Android devices.

3. Applies to guests too

We have extended smart parking to our Digital Visitor Passes, whereby temporary guests to the parking lot can also be granted access to car parking and other facilities.
Access is then automatically removed when the pass expires.

We have two sites each with different access control systems, neither of which support smartphone access. We were worried we'd have to start from scratch at huge cost but the Doordeck system has slotted in right alongside. It's inexpensive, simple to install, and easy to operate.
