The Doordeck App relies on your phone's clock being accurate, the first step in troubleshooting any issues unlocking a door should be to validate your time, check time.is for any synchronization issues - anymore than 30 seconds out and Doordeck will reject your requests.

If your clock is accurate, try logging in to app.doordeck.com on a different computer or phone and seeing if you can unlock the door from there.
