The Doordeck App relies on your phone's clock being accurate, the first step in troubleshooting any issues unlocking a door should be to validate your time, check time.is for any synchronization issues - anymore than 30 seconds out and Doordeck will reject your requests, setting your time and date to automatic on the phone will greatly limit these issues.
2. Try logging out and back in
3. Restart your phone
The computer that has the Doordeck fusion installed on it, also has to have the time set correctly, and be set to automatic.
If your clock is accurate, try logging in to app.doordeck.com on a different computer or phone and seeing if you can unlock the door from there.
