How do I reset my password?

We use your password to encrypt your key to unlock doors, if you've forgotten your password we have no way to recover this key so you'll lose access to your doors - please email support@doordeck.com and we'll delete your account so you can re-register, you'll need to be re-invited to any doors as well.

On iOS when you register or login we'll save your password to your encrypted iOS keychain, you can use this to login again in future by selecting 'Auto Login' from the welcome screen.
